Project
A workspace that groups related videos, clips, captions, exports, brand settings, and client work.
Imported video
A video record added from a local file or supported link.
Metadata-only record
A video record with title/platform details but no local media ready for processing.
Clip
A selected time range from a source video, usually edited for social export.
Export
The final rendered video file saved locally or sent to storage.
Transcript
Timestamped text generated from video audio.
Caption
Text shown on a video for viewers.
SRT
A standard subtitle file format.
Burned-in captions
Caption text rendered directly into the video image.
Viral score
A clip ranking score based on transcript and timing signals.
Smart crop
Crop workflow for vertical, square, or landscape output.
Brand kit
Reusable branding such as logo, colors, fonts, and watermark position.
Client workspace
Agency area for clients, projects, notes, approvals, and exports.
Template
Reusable clip/export settings.
Publish-prep report
A report summarizing metadata, rights checks, warnings, and posting preparation.
Rights checklist
Review list for ownership, music license, logo/image permission, and client approval.
Asset license
Permission status for music, logos, images, or other assets.
Processing queue
